ELIGIBILITY

The poster presentation is open to PG/UG students, research scholars, and faculty members from recognized institutions.

Teams of students may participate, provided a faculty member acts as their guide
THEME
-
Posters must be based on topics related to quantum physics or quantum computation.

The content must be derived from an original article created by the participants or the team, under the guidance of their faculty mentor.
POSTER FORMAT

Posters should adhere to a standard size between 3x3 and 3x4 feet flex format.

The poster content must resemble the structure of a scientific paper, including:

Abstract
-
Methodology
-
Discussion
-
Results
-
SUBMISSION GUIDLINES

Participants must submit a brief description or draft of the article before the event for review and approval.

The finalized posters must be displayed at the venue on the day of the seminar as per the provided schedule.
PRESNTATION SPACE

A designated space will be provided at the seminar venue for poster presentations.

Participants must ensure that their poster is set up properly before the start of the session.
JUDGGING CRITERION

Posters will be evaluated based on:

Clarity and coherence of the abstract and overall content.

Quality and innovation of the methodology.

Depth and accuracy of the discussion and results.

Visual presentation and adherence to the theme.

The decision of the judging panel will be final.
AWARDS

The best poster will be awarded a cash prize and a certificate of excellence.
PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

Participants must maintain decorum during the event and adhere to the seminar's schedule.

The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the poster session in case of unforeseen circumstances.
